Mr. Pryor joined Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC ("MCI") in 2011 and he serves as Senior Vice President. Mr. Pryor is directly responsible for leasing, governing property management, overseeing community affairs and guiding the strategic planning process for MCI's commercial real estate portfolio.
Prior to joining MCI, Mr. Pryor was the Senior Vice President of Infinity Property Fund where he was responsible for overseeing the companies’ operations, management, leasing, and financial reporting for their portfolio of retail properties located throughout the southeast and mid-west. In 2009, Mr. Pryor relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, to assist in consolidating and heading the Infinity Group of Companies’ which consists of the real estate investment fund, medical marketing group, and the telecommunications company. Mr. Pryor was also employed by Collier International (Atlanta) as the Vice President of Property Management, responsible for the management of a portfolio consisting of 46 properties throughout the US and also by Glimcher Realty Trust as a General Manager. Mr. Pryor’s professional experience also includes 6 years with Heitman Retail Properties in Chicago working in various capacities (Shopping Mall Manager, Corporate Technical Operations, and Corporate Director of Security) and 7 years as an engineer with the United States Marine Corps in both active and reserve duty.
Mr. Pryor has extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate business. Having worked in the industry for more than 21 years, he has experience in retail, office and industrial leasing as well as in property management, operations, acquisitions and dispositions.
He is actively involved in ICSC and various other trade organizations on both national and local levels, private and public. Mr. Pryor is also an active board member of a number of national and local non-profit organizations.
Mr. Pryor is a native of Chicago, Illinois, but currently resides in Marietta, Georgia with his wife and children.

Mr. Valter oversees the management and maximization of Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC ("MCI") operations. Since joining MCI in 2012, Mr. Valter has handled numerous sales and acquisitions of regional malls, shopping centers, big box power centers, office buildings and mixed use properties.
Prior to joining MCI, Mr. Valter had worked on real estate transactions at Maksin Legal Group, PLLC
Mr. Valter has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Moscow State University, and is a graduate from Cambridge College

Natalie Maksin is responsible for the Moonbeam Capital Investments, LLC's legal affairs, providing legal counsel for the company's acquisitions, financings, structuring, commercial contracts, tax matters, research, and general legal and business advice to the company's executive management team.
Prior to joining MCI, Natalie Maksin practiced tax law from 2003 to 2010 at Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, where she advised domestic and international clients on structuring of real estate transactions. Prior to Weil, Gotshal and Manges, LLP, Mrs. Maksin was a manager in the PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP's assurance business advisory services group..
Mrs. Maksin is an adjunct professor at the City University of New York where she teaches taxation. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Institute of Certified Public Accountancy. Mrs. Maksin is admitted to the Bar in New York and Connecticut, and the Supreme Court of the United States. She holds CPA licenses in New York and Maryland.
Mrs. Maksin earned an LL.M. from the New York University Law School, a J.D. (the Order of Coif, cum laude) from the Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School, and a Bachelor of Science (magna cum laude) from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Mr. Ratin has more than 20 years of Finance experience within some of the biggest firms on Wall St. For the past 5 years, Mr. Ratin worked as Finance Director for Deutsche Banks’ Commercial Real Estate (CRE) group overseeing a balance sheet of $7 billion and providing guidance on accounting, valuation, risk control as well as non-performing loans & REO acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Mr. Ratin worked as a Managing Director at Bear Stearns in CMBS Finance. During his 5 year tenure, Mr. Ratin managed a dedicated Finance team which was responsible for the entire CRE origination & securitization business. Mr. Ratin eventually helped transition his team into JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Ratin’s professional experience also includes 6 years with Goldman Sachs and 4 years with Deloitte & Touche, where his audit clients included Merrill Lynch and Bear Stearns. He lectures part-time at local colleges on the subjects of taxation, accounting and finance, as well as provides tax advice and assistance to individuals and local businesses within his community.
Mr. Ratin joined Moonbeam Capital Investments in 2014 and oversees all the financial and accounting operation, directs investors & banking relationships, and providing leadership to drive growth
Mr. Ratin earned both an M.B.A. as well as Bachelor of Science degrees from NYU Stern School of Business. He is a licensed CPA in New York State.

Leon Williams joined Moonbeam Capital Investments (MCI) in 2013. He is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing facilities & building maintenance, capital improvements, housekeeping, security, health & safety, and risk management. He reviews departmental procedures and implements changes as required streamlining operations, and continually improving management at all properties throughout the MCI portfolio across the United States.
Mr. Williams’s holds an Associate’s Degree in Business and has more than 30 years of operations management experience with defense contractors, civil engineers, and specialty contractors in Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia. Prior to joining MCI, Mr. Williams worked for The Macerich Co. and Jones Lang LaSalle.
